This Guide gives a basic overview of the requirements of the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service, Ontario Regulation 429/07. This Ontario law came into force on January 1, 2008. It is the first accessibility standard created under the authority of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
