School Health Support Services (SHSS) Review
Mon, May 3rd, 2010

The three Ministries of Children and Youth Services, Health and Long Term Care and Education are conducting a review of the School Health Support Services (SHSS) Program. It is expected that strengths, weaknesses and potential opportunities for improvement will be identified for the SHSS program.
The Deloitte review team has launched an online survey to gather additional stakeholder input from the broad set of SHSS stakeholders across the health, education, children and youth services and parents/families communities.
The link below will take you directly to the online survey, which we anticipate will require 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey is available in both English and French through this link, and additional information about the survey is provided once you sign-in to the survey tool.

This survey will be open for stakeholder input from April 22 - May 21, 2010.
The survey link will also be made available through the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care's website, for other members of the public who are not given this link through the distributed SHSS stakeholder network.
If you have any questions about this survey, please contact me via email or the contact information below.
Thank you for your participation in this review, and thank you in advance for circulating this survey link among your stakeholder network,
