May 14, 2011 - The Beyond Graduation Workshop is an interactive workshop intended for those with disabilities and their families, who are about to graduate or have recently graduated.
Extend-A-Family Summer Program is for individuals with a disability ages 13 years and older. Activities are readily adapted to accommodate a wide range of special needs.
Camp Sunrise is located at 6920 Concession 1 Puslinch, just east of Cambridge. It offers fully integrated day programs for children 5 to teen with or without special needs:
riding camp, discovery camp and leader in training program.
